If you have problems with the system and especially adding players, please refer to the Captain’s Guide.   Please ensure all team captains and anyone submitting results are familiar with this document.

The Players Guide has been updated this year and is now a summary of the procedures and the unwritten rules that custom and tradition dictate all players should follow. The document can be found in the banner area of the web site and on the documents page. Please ensure all players are familiar with it’s content. This together with the ITF Rules and the League Rule should be referenced in any match dispute.

Hopefully all your match players have already registered with the LTA and have affiliated to your club. If not, please chase them up as soon as possible. 

Please remember that PAKT are now a team under Swindon Tennis Centre.

The below are the tasks that should be carried out before the season starts:

• Check your club and team contact details are correct and update as necessary.
• Check all your teams are in the correct divisions.
• Reschedule any matches not on the default match day i.e. Men’s on a Monday and Ladies on a Tuesday.  All mixed matches must be played on a Thursday.

As we discovered last year, it is now not possible to build your team squads ahead of the season.  As match results are entered your squad will be built for future matches.
